When selecting your Banner or Leader picture, make sure that it follows Terms and Conditions of use: (http://www.worldofbattles.com/en/content/frogwares-world-battles-terms-and-conditions). Armies that use pictures not agreeing with these conditions will be banned by the game administration!

Online wargame World of Battles has a possibility to choose a banner for your army or a portrait for your leader. You can choose one of the default pictures or upload pictures you like. An army banner will be displayed on the flags of your units.

You can use any of the following file formats: .jpg, .png. The maximum file size is 1 mb. You can use image of any size and it will be automatically re-sized to fit the requirements

Be aware that the name of your custom banner picture file should contain only latin and numerical symbols. Example: banner23441.jpg - correct; баннер!!!!~~~5541623.jpg - incorrect

Clan Emblem

Only medieval, fantasy and antique emblem theme is allowed. Square emblems without transparency are prohibited.

To change the Clan Emblem press the “Select custom banner” button.

The “Import Clan emblem” window will be displayed If you open it for the first time it is possible that this window will be empty.

Press the “Browse for custom picture” button. You will get a destination folder where you have to copy your images for the army banner (copy images that you want into this folder (%game folder%\data\import\clans\))

Open the game and press the “Refresh” button. Your pictures will appear. Choose the one that you prefer and click the “Ok” button.

Leader Portrait

First of all when you create an army you will be presented with some default banners and portraits to choose from.

To change the leader portrait to a custom picture push the button “Select Custom Face”, located under the default leader portrait.

“Chose portrait to import” window will be displayed.

If you open it for the first time it is possible that this window will be empty.

Press the “Import custom picture” button. You will get a destination folder where you have to copy your images for the leader portrait (copy images that you want into this folder (%game folder%\data\import\general\))

Open the game and push the refresh button. Your pictures will appear. Click on the one that you want, in order to choose it.

Army Banner

To change the army banner push “Select custom banner” button.

“Import army banner” window will be displayed.

If you open it for the first time it is possible that this window will be empty.

Press the “Browse for custom picture” button. You will get a destination folder where you have to copy your images for the army banner (copy images that you want into this folder (%game folder%\data\import\emblems\))

Open the game and push the refresh button. Your pictures will appear. Click on the one that you want, in order to choose it.

Also you can change your banner or portrait directly from the main screen of the game just by clicking on “Select custom banner” or “Select custom face” buttons.
